Applicant Eligibility

The Sage Angel Foundation is an organization committed to raising funds to be allocated to individuals with extraordinary needs. Our exclusively charitable purpose is to assist injury victims pre-settlement to help them pay for basic needs prior to the finalization of their settlements.

Eligible applicants include:

1. Catastrophically disabled individuals;
2. A spouse, guardian, or caregiver applying on behalf of the disabled individual;
3. An attorney applying on behalf of the disabled individual;
4. A settlement consultant applying on behalf of the disabled individual; and
5. 501(c)(3) organizations serving catastrophically injured individuals.

Please note that individual grants are only available to individuals who are currently awaiting the settlement of a legal claim.
